Take a look at this Firebird 400 Coupe owned by the original family up until a few years ago. Purchased new at Savage Pontiac in Monrovia California and never left the area. It still wears it’s original Black California license plates and comes complete with original Protecto-plate as well as PHS documentation. Finished in Mayfair Maize with a Black vinyl top per the cowl tag and it is straight and rust free having only one respray many years ago. The dual hood scoops along with the factory hood tachometer let you know that this wasn’t Grandma’s Firebird. The Original 14 inch steel wheels with wheel covers come with the car but the previous owner opted for the much better looking 15 inch PMD Rally wheels with the correct date stamps and wrapped in staggered BF Goodrich T/A radials with raised white letters for that classic muscle car look. Under the hood sits the matching number 400 V8 factory rated at 325 Horsepower that has under 1,000 miles since a complete rebuild and it is nicely detailed to stock specifications. Options include factory power steering, dual reservoir 4 wheel drum brakes, Pertronix electronic ignition upgrade and new correct dual exhaust heading all the way to the rear. Power gets put to the pavement through a Muncie 4 Speed manual transmission followed by a Posi-Traction rear differential with factory traction bars. The Black vinyl interior consist Bucket seats, center console with factory clock, Deluxe door panels, Tilt steering column with 3 spoke comfort grip steering wheel and a stock looking modified AM/FM Stereo with Blue tooth connectivity. This partially restored Classic Firebird is a true original survivor that can be driven as is or take it to the next level with a fresh paint job, either way expect a daily thumbs up everywhere you go!
