Under the Big Block hood sits the rebuilt original matching number 427/390 Horsepower V8 with 460 foot pounds of torque, original aluminum low rise winters intake manifold with Rochester 4 barrel carburetor, tach drive distributor, some upgraded finned aluminum valve covers, 4 wheel disc brakes and some big tube headers with dual performance exhaust for a nice deep rumble out the rear. Power gets distributed through a wide ratio Muncie M20 4 speed manual transmission and ending with the stock independent rear differential with 3.08 gear ratio for an easier drive on the highway. The Black vinyl interior has factory headrest bucket seats, original comfort grip steering wheel, upgraded vintage Kenwood AM/FM cassette stereo, original gauges and the factory manual floor shifter. The previous California owner purchased this car 49 years ago and it has been garaged and well maintained ever since.
