These vintage El Camino’s seem to be gaining in popularity and value! This true Super Sport has the L48 small block option and was built locally in Van Nuys California and still wears it’s original Blue California license plates. Finished in Antique White with Black stripes on a cowl induction hood per the trim tag with options including nice Chrome and stainless trim, dual mirrors with remote drivers mirror, 15 inch Staggered Rally wheels with new BF Goodrich T/A Radials for that Muscle car look. Under the hood sits an upgraded Performance built 350 V8 with 4 bolt mains, bored 30 over with pop up pistons, roller rockers, performance cam, high capacity oil pan, Edelbrock aluminum intake, Holley dual feed carburetor, HEI ignition, factory power steering and power disc brakes and Hooker Competition headers followed by dual exhaust with Flowmaster mufflers for a little rumble. Front and rear sway bars help out with the corners and power gets put to the road through a rebuilt Turbo 350 3 speed automatic transmission ending with a 12 Bolt rear differential with 2.73 Posi-Traction for some freeway flying! The interior is basic and stock in appearance with a a fresh upholstered Black vinyl bench seat, 3 point seat belts, new carpeting, factory tilt steering column, factory SS gauges with original tachometer, upgraded old school AM/FM cassette player, custom Grant 3 spoke leather wrapped steering wheel and a couple of added under dash gauges for accurate vitals.
