What a super cool 70’s muscle car! The Duster 340 had the look and was a few hundred pounds lighter than the Cuda so many made their way to the race track. This one is finished in Lemon Twist Yellow with Black accents, a Black vinyl top and some retro looking cast center 15 inch American Racing wheels. One look at the hood scoop and rear spoiler and you know it is something special. Under the hood sits a performance built 340 V8 with an aluminum Edelbrock Air Gap intake, Edelbrock Competition 4 barrel carburetor, Vintage A/C, MSD distributer and ignition system, coated headers with dual exhaust and performance mufflers, front disc brakes with dual master cylinder, hydraulic clutch and 4 speed manual transmission with a Gear Vender overdrive upgrade for some easier highway speeds. The Black interior is in great shape with nice original bucket seats, Pistol grip shifter, Pioneer AM/FM CD Stereo and a custom set of in-dash Pro Comp Autometer gauges. The chassis and frame are solid and has added subframe connectors to stiffen it up a little along with a sway bar and some recently replaced suspension components. Less than 15% of the Dusters produced in 1972 were 340 cars so you don’t see many this nice on the road these days.
